Volunteer Guide

Before the Festival

Our Volunteer Coordinator will confirm your shift and send a Volunteer Guide with specific festival information, maps, and parking information. You may also download our general Volunteer Guide. Please review and read these in advance. We will have information regarding the Winery and Wine Details, so you don't have to memorize it, but it helps to have an overview ahead of time. Also, it may be helpful to print out the Maps, parking information, and contact phone numbers.

The Day of The Festival

Please plan to arrive at the tent at least 15 minutes prior to your shift time and work the entire shift. You should also be prepared to stand on your feet the entire time - i.e., wear comfortable shoes. Please allow time for parking and to check in at the Volunteer Booth (bonus: most festivals provide a separate entrance for Volunteers).

Working volunteers will receive a festival t-shirt and free admission to the festival for one day.
